HP EliteDesk 705 G4 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

Yesterday I used disk2vhd to create a virtual hard disk of one of our EliteDesks.  I then created a new VM in Hyper-V and imported the VHD.

Annoyingly I didn't uninstall the base HP software before doing so and now I'm having problems uninstalling it from the VM.

The two pieces of software in question are HP Hotkey Support and HP Client Security Manager.

The errors I receive when trying to uninstall are below:

HP Hotkey Support:

HP Client Security Manager

I have tried uninstalling traditionally through the appwiz in the Control Panel,  and using Revo Uninstaller. Neither have worked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
