Product: Hp pavillion all in one 24-b223w

Hello, I bought and Hp Pavillion all in one from Walmart . It was a floor model.  It didn’t come with a charger and I’ve tried chargers I have at home 120w 19.5v but none of them work! Helpppp, what do I need to get ?

Did you verify at the store that this model worked?

Wa this floor model a display unit?  If so, it had a PSU.  Likely it is under the display rack.   I have seen this issue at cell phone stores, employee swaps around devices, and the PSU lead slips away in the cabinet. I also played this game when I got the last available FLIP-Phone at "XYZ" store.  Employee had to hunt down the PSU.  It was in a cabinet across the room with the original device box and manuals.

Thank you for your reply ! The Walmart employee said it has never been turned on! But I called Hp to see what I needed to buy and they fixed the expired warranty. Then sent me all the parts that were missing !!
