Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

no error message, just everytime I go on any webside and scroll down it automatically scrolls up about 3 inches and when I try to fix it it just does the same thinf

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Do you experience this issue with all the websites or only few of them?

 

May I know which browser are you using?

 

Do you face the same problem when using Apps?

 

Please try using a different browser and let me know if you face the same issue
