Tell me how to active word and excel or do they even come with Widows 10 Home

No, MS Word and Excel won't come with Windows 10 Home (or any Windows. Long, very long time ago MS gave Office Stater, but not now).

 

You can use TRIAL version on your machine for 30 (or 60 days). If you wish to continue to use the products, you have to pay Microsoft to get a key to activate MS Office.
