HP Pavilion Desktop p6621c
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Have an HP Pavilion desktop PC running Windows 7.  Windows 10 always tried to download itself and I always did not accept it.  Now automatic updates to Windows 7 have not automatically updated or loaded since June 30, 2016.  Why?

This link has helped me every time with W7 update not working.

 

As a matter of fact, it recently bailed me out this past Sunday, when I had to reinstall W7 on my son's Dell Latitude tablet.

Hi Paul, your advice and solution worked perfectly - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!  It took time but computer is now all up-to-date and from now on I'll check for updates myself as recommended.  Thanks again.
