Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0054

Black screen, pc will not wake, wireless keyboard and mouse doesn't seem to respond they do work on another pc. Desktop Pavilion 590-p0054. Upgraded from win 10 to win 11 was working fine but not used for a while. When I tried, it will not respond to anything. Tried power down, also unplugged power cord, tried F11 repeatedly on power on, also F1,F9,F8 and esc. no luck. Would a bootable disk or zip drive help? Maybe using a bootable disk w/new win 10 or 11 OS? Ready to try anything.
