cracked screen

hey guys, I cracked my screen and have been trying to figure out where to take/send my laptop for warranty. I have 3 days left of warranty after a month of trying to get in contact with the right person. Can someone direct me where to go to make a claim on my warranty.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the cracked screen,y and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
