I try to fill out passport form online. when i tried to download the form the computer continue downloading but never completed.  I have to hit cancel but it show like 20 dl attempts without success.  How do i solve this problem.

do you have a link so i can test ... I have no idea what you need to download, document type, region country etc. so i just randomly tried here:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/have-passport/renew.html

How to Renew 1. Fill Out Form DS-82

and try PDF

It' s ok for me

but it could be anything else ..
