how to install a driver to add Bluetooth for an HP desktop that has an expired certificate

HP Recommended

Update windows and HP Support Assistant

Find and download the correct Bluetooth driver

After installing the driver, restart the system

Now check the certificate issues because it can be resolved after Windows updates.
