hp pavilion Product number:H3Y89AAR

Hi i would like to get some help i recently updated an hp pavilion 20 Product number:H3Y89AAR to windows 10.  After the upgrade everything is lagging.  When i try to watch a video, use the camera or do anything it takes awhile to load.  If i am watching a video i can hear the audio but the video is like 2 or 3 seconds behind.  When i try opening any app it takes sometime to load or then everything just stops working. i dont have many programs on the pc but 2 apps hp support and fortnite as i want my son using this pc. Please help and thank you

Let's try updating the computer -


Step 1 Windows Updates troubleshooter -

Click on this link to run Windows Updates troubleshooter.

 

Step 2 Windows Updates - 

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates. 
2) Check for updates. 
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer. 

 

Step 3 HP Support Assistant Updates - 

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
2) Check for updates. 
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

I tried all that and it's still the same when I updated everything went down hill I can hear audio but the video lags if I try to open 2 apps it crashes pc

I'd suggest you try re-install the Win 10 using the Media Creation Tool
