i am getting disk 100% any solutions

laptop: hp pavilion

It is not clear what the problem is

 

1  If disk is %100 full then tips on freeing up disk space

 

2 If disk performance is %100 all the time then you do not have enough RAM memory to run the applications you have installed or that where installed without your knowledge.  Win10 needs 8gb of ram to be useful.  What model laptop you have and how much memory you got?

i am using hp pavilion with 8gb ram and 1tb hdd i didn't installed anything excess , it started from the day i bought,

at first i thought an update might resolve issue but it didn't

Please explain what you mean by %100 

Is there a message such as a warning of some type?

There is no such warning but when I open taskbar it shows disk 100%  which inturn making my laptop much slower
