@tommydin

Can you simply do copy and paste using File Explorer ? Your camera should have a card and your computer has a card reader which supports the following cards:

  • Secure Digital™ (SD)
  • Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC)
  • SDXC
  • Memory Stick
  • Memory Stick Select
  • Memory Stick PRO
  • Memory Stick MagicGate

Please simply pull out card from your camera and put it to computer card reader and you can copy/move files from card to your computer.

Regards.

@tommydin,

Are the files still intact (not deleted) from the camera SD card?

You used the word "deleting".  From where did you delete?

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

The card is not blank. I keep trying to import over and over, but nothing imports. This is strange since the files imported the first time.
