need repair order from hp

i am trying to get in contact with HP and i am unable to contact HP i tried several times got no response. device is also out of warranty but i was informed last time i spoke with HP live chat they told me i need a repair order to activate warranty. Also i have tried everything to contact HP but i am very frustrated and cannot seem to contact HP live chat like i did before. i also looked up how to do repair order but i cannot get in contact with HP for a repair order same with calling them. I am not very happy right now but i wish for a repair order so i can get my laptop cleaned and fix the keys and split keys. that way the left shift key will work properly. i will go to best buy if i have to in order to repair this laptop. please how can i contact live chat of hp so they can do the repair with charges?
