There is no such thing as a "master password".

If you're asking about being able to login to Win10 without using a password, here are the instructions:  https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14776-remove-password-local-account-windows-10-a.html

If you're asking about removing a BIOS password, or power-on password, sorry, we are no longer able to provide any assistance with BIOS password reset or recovery issues.

Also please note that now, to resolve a forgotten BIOS password issue, a system board replacement is required -- and additional customer costs apply.
