scrolling in a program caused the rows to scramble or just the top and bottom scroll and the rest does not move

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing scroll issues with the HP Pavilion All-In-One.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.

Update - I noticed both display drivers had statements that they require further installation. I uninstalled one and the problem corrected but the computer reinstalled it and the problem was back. I disabled one of the drivers and the problem was fixed.
