Product: PAVILLION ALL IN ONE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having a problem shutting down my computer (pavillion all-in-one).  I click the start menu, then power then select shut down.  Next the screen turns blue and it says shutting down.  Next the screen turns off, however the fans are still running and the power button is still lit.  I try pressing the power button and nothing happens, won't shut off or turn back on.  The only way I can get it to turn off is to do a force shutdown.  After that I am free to turn it back on.  I've disabled the fast startup in the power button options.  I've google searched a lot of options and nothing works. Any additional  help is appreciated.

Wait for 5 minutes, maybe 10.  Background tasks your aborting.
