@15-fa2701tx1, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Ensuring that Performance Mode is available in the OMEN Gaming Hub for your HP Victus 15-fa2701TX laptop involves a few steps. Here's how you can troubleshoot the issue:

Update the OMEN Gaming Hub:

  • Ensure that your OMEN Gaming Hub software is up-to-date. Open the Microsoft Store and check for any available updates for the OMEN Gaming Hub application.

Install the Latest Drivers:

  • Make sure your graphics and system drivers are updated. Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your model.

Check Software Compatibility:

  • Verify that you are running the latest version of Windows 11 Home or any other operating system supported by your model.

Reinstall or Reset OMEN Gaming Hub:

  • If updating doesn’t resolve the issue, you might consider reinstalling or resetting the OMEN Gaming Hub. You can uninstall the software via the Control Panel or Settings and then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

Enable Hybrid and Discrete Mode:

  • Sometimes, switching between hybrid graphics mode and discrete graphics mode in the BIOS settings can solve the issue. Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS settings to make this change.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
