Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

was syncing my mother's phone and couldn't back it up. Have had a community member help me in the past and used treesizefree to do that.  It is still installed on computer, but i don't remember how to use it. 

Please please help

Sorry, but we do not have the resources to explain in detail how to use third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications -- as there are tens of thousands of those.
