unable to open Bios image file

Hi , this morning i just install Windows 10 on my new SDD . so after installed the windows 10 , i want to install the Omen Command Center . so when i want to install omen command center this thing pops out 

so i proceed with "Proceed with Bios Update" and then this thing pops out

what should i do?

AND it comes out as an empty file.  Despite my choice of COPY.

However my A/V BitDefender is wiping as it is a "threat", Malware Bytes sees no problem.

I have extracted the exe file using 7zip from the SP package.

You can try and do incremental updates if YOU choose to.

I don't believe that the updates will cause the latest to work, but you choose.
