warranty expired on brand new purchase

I purchased this unit online from Staples and went to register it and it keeps telling me the warranty is expired back in November 2019. I purchased it December 2019. I filled out all the required dispute information and I have not had one response. I need to talk to a live person.  FRUSTRATED...

Well, you can't talk to anyone here because this is just an online support forum.
