Hello, all,

I have a new computer-- HP Envy Model 07iav01.  I can't locate the CD/DVD drive.  Where is it?  Thanks for your help.

Sorry what is your machine ? I can't find HP Envy Model 07iav01 anywhere, Google can't fine it too. Normally for an Envy desktop you have to open the front "door".

In general, either the entire front-panel is "hinged", or there is a smaller bar:

Push that central "bar", to see if it "clicks" and unlocks, to allow you to open this panel.
