HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0096au

I've tried to plug both screens to the laptop but somehow its not recognizing them. One is working but the other says "unable to detect HDMI2 cable". I've connected one HDMI to a Cport and the second one trough VGA to C port. Between them I've also gave a shot with HDMI. not sure what else to try.

The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06701975

It ONLY has 1 USB-C port how do you connect the second one ? Please note VGA if for analog and HDMI, DP, DVI  is for digital you need a converter.

On your machine, it does NOT have another port for video out therefore you can use

Monitor 1: using USB-C to HDMI or DP

Monitor 2: using normal USB-A port with a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Rehards.
