2018 Hp pavilion x360 cracked digitizer

Hi guys. Hope you all are well. I have a 2018 HP Pavilion x360 my digitizer got cracked, and the lcd is still working ok. Im confused to whether to only get the digitizer or the digitizer with lcd panel? I found a screen on eBay, the seller said it will work and fit 100%, the pen touch wont work but finger touch will work. Im ok with that. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you Echo_Lake for you're help. And one more thing. 

My warranty states that i have standard warranty until 10/12/2019

And an HP Care pack until 10/12/2020. Just for intrest sake, would the Care pack cover the screen cost? Or not really?

Care Pack isn’t just warranty coverage – pickup of damaged devices, in-home service for select devices, and coverage for multiple incidents.

To get the answer to this question, Yes! HP Laptops Care Packs warranty covers this issue.
