Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wiped drive. Fresh Win10 64 install. No touchscreen. Not found in device manager. No driver available on HP.com. Where can I get the driver, or vendor name?

Have you made any changes to your software (OS upgrade) Or hardware?

Please run a diagnostics using this link. Download the PC hardware diagnostics tool.
