I have a 27es monitor (T3M86AA) that just stopped working. The power light on the back of the monitor next to the power cord remains illuminated but the light at the front next to the power button is off. It displays nothing on screen when connected or disconnected from a video signal and does not respond to pressing or holding down any of its buttons.
Here is what has already been tried and yielded no results:
- Disconnection of the power supply, waiting at least one minute after the power light goes out, and reapplying power
- Shutdown and power-on the computer.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI. Used another HDMI.
- connecting the same cable to a different monitor; working properly.
