Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently built a new computer and tried to connect the 27w as a second monitor, but Windows, for some reason, doesn't detect it. I also tried connecting it by itself and it still didn't work. I tried replacing the HDMI cable but it didn't help either (the new video card doesn't have a VGA connection). Is there something I can do?

HP Recommended

Found a solution - updated a bunch of drivers (display drivers among them) and it fixed the issue.
