Product: HP 27f ips monitor

I want to confirm what I was told on chat by a rep. He said if I bought the HP 2or 3 year next day exchange service and that if within that time it never was sent in for repair that I would get credited back the money for the exchange service.  I just want to confirm this is correct. It would be a no brainer not to get it if this is true.

I have not heard that good offer from ANY product in my life till now (I'm 71 year old). Please check with him/her again and post back.
