Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

A black pop up like window appears on one side of the screen after a sudden blackout. And this window is immovable and everything behind it gets hidden and inaccessible. Features like nightlight will get turned off automatically and won't work unless we restart the laptop. Happens mostly while watching videos. But if we open another window that pops up like an application set up or something, it will be gone but comes back after a few minutes.
