Product: HP Z32 31.5-inch 4K UHD Display

There is a vertical line on the screen.

 

It is a brand new monitor even I bought it for a year but I never have used it. The issue is born with this monitor. I have tested using different systems or pages, and 100% sure something wrong with the monitor.

It is still on factory warranty. Could you tell me how could I connect the repair?
