ALL IN ONE PC - HP 24‑b173d

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 24‑b173d
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to extend my screen to an external monitor using HDMI to VGA adapter, but it's not working (not detecting the external monitor).

I can able to extend my laptop screen using the same DMI to VGA adapter succesfully.

Could you please suggest any other way to connect?

Thanks.

@zulfisg Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to connect the external monitor using HDMI to VGA adapter.

Please let us know which monitor you are using.

Is there any other port apart from VGA.

Have you tried using a different adapter?
