Add a second screen to 22-b050na AIO PC

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 22-b050na All-in-One PC and would like to add a second screen in order to extend my desktop.  My system does not have an HDMI port, however it does have 2x USB 3.0; 2x USB 2.0 so I am wondering if I can use those to add a second screen.  I know that there are USB to HDMI\DP\VGA adapters available but I don't know how well these actually work.

Can anybody advise as to whether my idea will work?

@malkaul

The specs of your machine is

It has  HDMI out port, you can connect to an external monitor.

If you wish 2 external monitors (total 3) you need a dock which is similar to laptops docking stations which have DisplayLink Certified.
