Hello all,
So for my work PC my boss got me an AIO PC and I use Adobe Illustrator. With that said, I use a lot of hotkeys that uses both the Shift and Ctrl keys, however, when I press both the ctrl+shift keys together, the monitor will shut off unexpectedly. Doesn't happen all the time, but will happen every once in a while.
Does anyone know a solution to this to why my monitor keeps going blank after I hit ctrl+shift? To be more specific, it happens whenever I want to Save As a file so I don't overwrite it, so then the screen is blank and I don't know where I am saving it to.
