Allin-One Pavillon 23 blank screen

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Allin-One 23 when i power it come with a blank screen. I did all recomended tests and nothing os happening. It seems that the computer is working without displaying anything. Please some one can help me. Regards

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

Before troubleshooting startup issues, remove or disconnect all discs and devices from the computer.

  • Step 1: Remove discs and devices. (do not skip any troubleshooting steps even if you feel steps are repeating)
  • Step 2: Perform a hard reset
  • Step 3: Run hardware diagnostic tests
  • Step 4: Refresh or reset your PC. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04718479 to complete the troubleshooting steps. By end of the article, you will be able to fix the issue.
