HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-f020us Sleekbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello . I was given a HP14-f020us as a helpful gift because my primary one was auto shutting down.

although grateful - I now have 2 headaches.

it appears everytime I touch the touch pad, the “notifications center,” wants to keep popping up. It’s super annoying and prevents me from working unless it disappears.

Steps we’ve taken-

1. wiping out computer and putting back to factory settings.
2. updating windows

3. disabling notifications button

and it still insists on popping up!!!
also the curser is sticky and on occasion disappears. Windows super slow and freezes now. 🤬

Im sooo behind in projects because fiddling with this dang thing it’s not even funny.😫

I hope there is knowledgeable help out there. I’d be so grateful. Also first time user, so if I’m not posting correctly or in the correct feed, please feel free to inform me. I’m truly not here to cause obstruction or frustration to anyone. I know this feeling presently.

Thank you in advance to whomever reaches out with helpful insight. 🤝
