HP Recommended

When I turn on the computer the screen says Blocker recovery. It tells you to put in the numbers on the screen, but they don’t all fit into the cell. And then it tells you to go to Microsoft account to recover the key, but I can’t get out of this page there’s no way I can get out of this page to get to the main screen
