Black Spots covering my 20-C020 All-in-One screen and growing fast

20-c020 All in One Energy star
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cleaned my screen with a wet paper towel, but I guess the towel was too wet because now there's black spots littering the bottom of my screen, white horizontal flickering lines, and green, short, vertical lines.
