Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

when i power on my pc and i start to move the cursor or i start to click anything, the display of my pc starts to turn black and to blink endlessly. But when i restart my laptop everything becomes normal and works normally. I already did a quick and a complete test of the pc from the f2 setup function but no probems were detected. Every update is already done, even the optional. What can I do? trying a reset?
