Hi

Black halos appear on my monitor,i use the display-port and i tried to change the cable but i didn't resolve the problem.
So i think that the problem is in the monitor.
I attach the photo.

Have you tried connecting the monitor to a different computer and check if the issue persists?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
