Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't get screen to display anything once power button is pressed ,there is nothing g on the screen ,no cursor ,no login info ,nothing happens tried all solutions. I can't get it to show any display at all. I can't hard reset cause I can't just take battery out or hardware all one peice backing.Also power butto. Has stay white after 12 hour of charge.when you pull plug out power light goes out immediately. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
