I have tried to find support for this issue from an agent, sadly my serial number is invalid it say: [Personal Information Removed] so I´m hoping for some help from you guys instead.

I bought a brand new HP Wireless keyboard combo C2710 and after a long time (I´m sure >2 years...) I finnaly installed it, installing it went great.

When I type though some keystrokes arent´working, like E, P and swedish keys Å,Ä,Ö.

I have windows 11 on my computer now, but this keyboard requires windows 10 - is that the problem?

Most keys and mouse are working fine though...

According to both Windows update and also Devise manager the keyboard has all drive routines required.

Can anyone help? 🙂
