Brightness level is too high.Unable to decrease the Brightness Adjust the slides its shows decrese symbol but the screen stills remains high brightness.

This is a known problem on some laptops that were upgraded from 10 to 11 and the graphics drives were not compatible.

 

You did not mention your system. You could be running win11 under parallels on a Mac for all I know.
