Hello Community-

Unfortunately I opened my laptop today and there was a crack coming from the inside that makes my screen black which causes it to not display properly.

I am here to ask what options can I do with my warranty being expired? Is there a chance I can send it back to HP headquarters and maybe get a replacement? Looking for fast yet cheap options considering I am a college student who will be in deep need for my internet access.

If the warranty expired you can still get the Notebook repaired for a charge

 

Please contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
