Product: 24f display monitor 2XN60AA

I fell on hard times and pawned my nice new  monitor and desktop I received as a gift from someone months prior. When I got ito it the pawn the monitor was busted. They tried giving me another monitor they had which was trash. So I checked warranty on mine and it just expired last month on the tenth. What are my options?

Was it damaged when the pawn shop accepted it?

Was it damaged while in their possession?

Maybe, the pawn shop needs to make some BETTER compensation to you, if one of their employees damaged it.

Is the pawn shop a member of the local BBB ("Better Business Bureau") ?  Can you file a complaint through that BBB?
