I'm looking to replace the screen on my HP All-in-One PC 24-df0000i.
The warranty is expired.
I've read somewhere that HP doesn't do repairs when the out of the warranty.
I need to replace the screen as this compouter is only 13months old.
Where do I seek help?
Virtual assistant takes you round the circles. 👎
Message to HP...
How green are you if you are saying that my over one year old computer is not repairable?
That's not very planet friendly!

Sorry, but we don't maintain any inventory of HP computers and their associated parts.
If you don't have the HP part number, you can use the HP link below and your PC information to determine the part number:
https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx
You will have to do an online search to see if anyone carries it and will ship it to you.
IF you are unsure of the quality of any part you order online, then make to to verify that the seller will provide a full refund if you return it for any reason.
And you are right, HP does not do repairs on used equipment. Why? Because the cost is so high that when presented with estimates, most people decline the work. So, there is no real money to be made doing this.

Thanks for the link.
Such a huge brand not taking responsibility for what they are building, yet talking about being planer friendly...
You clearly said it's not about environment, it's about money.
WOW! Unbelievable!

You need to get real ... Companies are not here to "save the planet"; instead, they are ALL here to make money.
If some activity loses money over the long run, companies will quit doing it.

Not really helpful your comment.
If I was in a different country fixing the broken screen would've not been an issue...
But I think outside of the box and cannot be more "real" than that.
Yes you guys "buy" any excuse without questioning
Very weak 👎🙈
