Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My camera is not working. I have the error code 0xA00F4244. I do not have a kill switch on the side or a video button at f13. Also a bit of a technophobe....help really appreciated please??

Hello. Is it an internal or external camera? If it is built into the monitor or laptop then check the support page for the computer and download the latest software for it.  You may already have hp support software on your device to assist you in getting updates.  If it is an external camera then you should go to it's web page also for the latest software.
