I own a HP Pavilion 595-p0971nd, with a GTX 1050 2 GB graphics card, 16 GB RAM, i7-8700 and a Lincs motherboard.
I want to replace the graphics card with a much stronger one;the GTX 2060 Super but am not sure if it will fit with my motherboard and if it fits in the case. I know I also need to upgrade the power supply to 550W, is this also possible with this PC? I read somewhere it needs  a 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector and cannot find whether my pc has this.

Thank you in advance!

@Amber25 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to upgrade the graphics card.

I have checked the  GTX 2060 specification.

(HP does not recommend upgrades as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance and also, the upgradeable parts listed in HP articles are purely for your ease, though the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion)

If you wish to upgrade the graphics card, you can upgrade. You have to upgrade the power supply as well.
