I've upgraded my os to windows10, then found that there is no new hp driver for my Q1859 monitor that works with windows 10. The resolution is supposed to be 1366 x 768 - 60 Hz according to a little pop up that I get when I try any resolutions larger than 1280 x 1024. I'm set at 800 x 600 now. Everything is really huge and stretched out horizontally, and I have to use scroll bars to see the whole screen. 1024 x 768, and 1280 x 1024 make the text really small and I still have to use scroll bars. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I don't think it is the monitor that has the problem.
I think you need to install a compatible graphics driver if one exists for your model PC.
What is the full model number or product number of your PC?
The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

You can try right-click on desktop, click "Display Settings" - here you can change the size of text.
Then scroll to the bottom of that page and click "Advanced display settings" and choose a Resolution. If the 1366x768 is not on the list, scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Display adapter properties", then click the "List All Modes" button and choose 1366x768 from there.

Yes, I understand it is the driver that's the problem. As I said in the subject I can't find a driver that works in Windows 10. The PC's model number is CQ5110Y.

Yes, I already did that and 1366 x 768 is not one of the choices with the driver that I have installed. I need a new driver that includes that resolution.

Ah, yes -- your integrated video card, the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, is not officially supported under Windows 10 and NVIDIA has no plans to make a Windows 10 graphics driver.
However, I did install the last version on an ACER PC that is running 64-bit Windows 10 which has that same integrated video card -- it seems to be working fine for me. ( I can't recall if I had to install it in compatability mode for Windows 7 -- but I don't think so. )
Here is the download link (32-bit Windows):
(And for 64-bit windows):
