Hi,
One of our customers has an in-warranty display which I can't log a ticket for, as it says the SN is incorrect, these are the details provided by the customer:

For HP E24 G4 FHD
I'm not sure which SN is the correct one, he provided me 2 as the first one didn't work on the site. I can't raise a ticket, I tried raising a ticket for software via email and explain that it was for a monitor, but this was closed/ignored. Please can I just raise a support ticket to arrange for a warranty replacement without needing to call in to you?
