Hi there,

I downloaded the zip file from HP and didn't uncompress it, I put it in a USB stick and put that into the dedicated USB port at the back, I followed the onscreen instructions to install the firmware, but a window appears telling me to make sure the firmware file is at least 230 or upwards. But it's 250! What's going on? I've tried it again and again and again - with different USB keys, but no change. Very frustrating.

Solved it. I had to install the previous firmware updates incrementally from 230 to 240 and then to 250. Easy.
