Hi team,

We Cannot enter credentials with the touch screen I ou N letter cannot be displayed sometimes for 

HP Slate 21 Pro All-in-One PC
ProductG0W16AA

Serial [personal info removed]

 

It's a hardware software issue.

 

Can you please provide support  ?

Try calibrating the touch screen.  Type "calibrate" in the search.  If calibration fails to fix the problem then ---

Possible hardware failure.  Is under warranty?
